A supplier invites you to take the Enterprise down to Dublin during a Six Nations weekend.  He has booked you a room at a city centre hotel and has tickets to Ireland’s home game at the Aviva stadium.  The supplier intimates that you will be wined and dined throughout your stay.  You know the supplier reasonably well and you are not currently in a contractual relationship.  However, there is potential for you to work together in the near future.
