Teresa Curran
Teresa Curran is one of Northern Ireland's leading conveyancing practitioners. With more than 30 years experience in buying and selling all types of property, Teresa's leading role as partner in the  Business, property and licensing department is founded on a vast knowledge of these areas of our practice.
As well as advising clients on the sale or purchase of their private homes, Teresa has a wealth of experience in the commercial world and acts for large companies and commercial property developers. The number of long-standing clients in this department is a tribute to her commitment to their individual needs and her enviable practical knowledge and advice.
Amongst her clients are a number of Housing Associations, charitable and not-for-profit bodies and Teresa has developed expertise in these areas, dealing daily with property and related issues which affect those organisations. Both Teresa personally, and the other partners in the practice, are proud of their tradition of acting for such clients and supporting them in their socially responsible approaches to their aims and objectives.
Teresa's other area of specialism is in licensing and her clients include many highly successful restaurants and pubs throughout Northern Ireland.
