Does this mean my case will not be dealt with individually?

No - every case in which Edwards & Co. is instructed is an individual claim and is prepared as such. It is however, in everyone's interests to keep expenditure on individual cases to a minimum at this stage, and to focus time and resources on winning the generic case. At that stage, each case will be prepared separately, each claimant medically examined, loss of earnings claims will be calculated and separate damages will be claimed.
