Noice Induced Hearing Loss Update

Over the past months we have taken instructions from hundreds of individual clients in relation to this matter.

The basis of the claim against the Chief Constable is for failing to provide officers with a safe place and system of work. In particular, failing to provide adequate hearing protection to officers during Firearms Training, anti – Ambush Training and Helicopter Travel.
