M F Teresa Curran
Teresa graduated from Queens University with a B.A.Hons degree and qualified as a Solicitor in 1978. After some years spent abroad, including three years in general practice in East Sussex and three years working in the Offshore Trust Department of an international firm of accountants in the Isle of Man, Teresa returned to Northern Ireland and joined the team in Edwards & Co. in 1991.
Teresa has been a Partner in the firm since February 2008 and is the head of the Private Client and Property Department. Teresa specialises in all property matters including commercial and domestic property acquisitions and disposals. She advises, and has acted for a number of residential and commercial property developers. Over the last fifteen years Teresa has built up extensive experience in the property and related issues affecting registered Housing Associations within Northern Ireland and advises a number of Northern Ireland's Housing Associations on a daily basis and has built up an comprehensive and extensive precedent system covering all areas of her work.
Teresa also has considerable experience handling Liquor Licensing Applications.
