Update Bulletin - June, 2007

Please see the press release for a summary of our views on the Judgment. These are very much preliminary views since we have not had time to consider in any depth the details of the judgment or its impact on individual cases.

We have instructed James Dingemans, a leading London QC, to analyse the judgment with Mr.Potter and Mr.McMillen. We will have a detailed opinion by mid-August and will then be in a position to advise further in relation to all aspects of the case including any possibility of an appeal.
