Is it possible to pursue a claim separately without joining the Group Action?

No - if your claim is within the remit of this Action - i.e. if it is a claim for damages for a post traumatic disorder arising from the alleged negligence of the Chief Constable, then you cannot proceed separately. The Court will not permit this course of action and all such claims must be notified, by the Defendant, to us as the co-ordinating solicitors, so that we can provide details of the cost-sharing agreement and the Court Orders.
