Melanie Jones
Melanie graduated from Liverpool University in 1985 and qualified as a solicitor in 1987.
Melanie joined Edwards & Co as a partner in June 2003. Throughout her career Melanie has specialised in Litigation and she has particular expertise in personal injury law. Prior to joining Edwards & Co Melanie handled claims on behalf of a variety of large Insurers, but since 2003 she has been acting almost exclusively for plaintiffs. She has also expanded her practice into the area of public law, conducting judicial review applications for the firm's Police Federation clients.
In addition, Melanie is an Advanced Advocate and member of the Advocacy Working Party of the Law Society of Northern Ireland. She is a regular visiting tutor at the Instutute of Professional Legal Studies, Queen's University Belfast.
