Dennis Hamill
Dennis joined Edwards & Company in May 2007 having previously worked in the litigation department of a well-respected firm in Belfast where he had been an apprentice solicitor and subsequently qualified as a solicitor in September 2002.
During this time he dealt with a broad spectrum of litigation matters acting for insurers and public bodies. He also acted for a number of clients in commercial litigation matters. He dealt with an extensive debt collection caseload acting on behalf of a number of financial institutions in repossession actions and consumer credit matters. In addition to this he acted for a number of commercial clients and insolvency practitioners on insolvency issues.
Since joining Edwards & Company, Dennis has changed focus slightly with the emphasis now on acting for plaintiffs in personal injury litigation. Dennis also continues to deal with debt and insolvency matters on behalf of a range of clients. He acts for a number of client's in relation various public inquiries which have been ordered in NI and also in relation to disciplinary proceedings
