Our Matrimonial/Family Law Department appreciates the emotional trauma arising from family problems/breakdown and is therefore committed to providing you with a friendly, efficient and sympathetic approach to the progress of your case.

- Cohabitation Rights/Disputes
- Child Abduction.
This is a developing department which, in recent years has acquired considerable expertise in the area of international custody disputes
and abduction. We have acted in a number of such cases and have available the resources and experience necessary for what are often emergency applications
